Original perimeter drains from the 1960s were collapsed in several places. Right Choice excavated around the foundation, installed new perforated HDPE in clean rock, wrapped it in filter fabric and set a new sump and discharge. House feels different already - much drier inside.
Sump pump failed during a wet stretch and water started backing into the basement. Right Choice was on-site in a couple of hours, replaced the pump with a higher-capacity unit, fixed the discharge line and tested everything end to end. Reliable and fair as always.
